The only reason that I don't give this 5 stars is because, the shower has a vented window from floor to ceiling. If it's cold out, you're going to be cold in there. Otherwise it was spacious, clean, (except the bathroom) and very cool forest visit.

This rv park has one big drawback: the dog exercise area is very wet, as well as smelling and looking like a sewer leach field. I don't know how anyone (and there are several) can live there for an extended period of time because of the smell. On the good side, there is a nice laundry/restrooms/shower building (2.00 per all machines and no change maker). There also appears to be a tree/shade in every site. The service is fine.

We stayed for 9 days @ 5./ day. There are many trails to hike, a beautiful picnic area with a restored cabin, and pretty suspension bridge over the stream. The shower/restrooms were closed for the winter, but, there are a couple of vault toilets. There is also a large open grassy area with horseshoe pits. Great place to take the family camping.
