We froze due to tiny space heater. No hot water. They said let it run…. Didnt work. Mattress was so thin it was like laying on planks of wood. Ice everywhere but nobody put any salt down. We got out of there assp.

Everything was fine except the mattress was so thin it was just us laying on metal frame. Camp site needs more gravel to keep the mud down. It was everywhere. Would not stay again solely based on the mattress. KOA should standardize the cabin requirements because you never know what you’re gonna get.
