Stayed here on a weeknight during the winter season. At about 3:30 AM I was woken by the sound of loud diesel trucks hauling presumably dumpsters up and down the adjacent road, making incredibly loud metal clanging sounds that persisted throughout the night. Worst night of sleep I have ever experienced in a campground. Actually had a dream that I woke up surrounded by a sea of old metal filing cabinets as my sleep deprived brain was trying to make sense of all the noise. No mechanism for seeking a refund as the campground did not appear to be staffed. If not for the noise I would give 5 stars. Coordination is needed between the campground and the park’s hauling operations.
