Campsite: Westward Ho RV Resort

This Campground is great for families, great for children. There are groups of children running around and playing; it's really nice. Many people are riding in golf carts and they look really happy, and some are carrying alcoholic beverages.

Campsites are really tight but everyone seems really happy, it's not for me but I've been in tighter campsites ... there are a LOT of seasonal campsites, most of them are really well kept up and add to the festive atmosphere, the first few one drives past upon entering the camp are certainly off-putting.

Dog run is nice.

Trail is nice. Beware of poison ivy ...

I'm subtracting 1 Star because bathrooms are moderately clean, and should be checked more frequently, especially with this many people and children using them.

This Campground exudes happiness and celebration. It's too crowded for my personal taste, but people are really happy here and absolutely enjoying themselves.

The young man at the front desk is very professional and handled himself very well when the annoyed and probably drunk man was persistently badgering him about some campsite rule ...

Campsite: Highline Trail RV Park

Very clean, beautifully maintained, park like grounds. The campsites feel private because they are on an angle and there's a grass yard between them, some beautiful trees. There are large open lawns to increase privacy and they add to the park-like atmosphere. Some of the outer sites have unobstructed mountain views

The services are really excellent; WiFi, and we stayed 2 nights, then we put our camper into their storage for 4 nights while we went backpacking in the Wind River Range and then we returned to a full service site for our night back; what could be better??

They also offer services to backpackers like you can not stay here and pay for a shower and wash your clothes! Really wonderful!!

Boo lives on premises and she is wonderful to work with.

We greatly appreciated staying at such a beautiful and lovingly cared for campground.

Campsite: Dubois Solitude RV Park

We did not stay here: we went to the Solitude RV Park with intentions to stay here based on the false advertising stated on their website. Their website states that they have a small amount of RV sites spread out luxuriously over 60 acres: that is a lie. The RV sites might be on 12 acres at the most, the owners probably own 60 acres but the sites are cramped together, right next to each other, just up the hill from a storage facility/junk yard, the sites are closer together than a nice RV Park, and there appear to be "seasonal" RVs that are in decrepit condition on the road heading to in this "park". There is 1 hoodoo and pretty views, but not vast views, you need to ignore the roof tops of businesses, there's a house looking down on the facility; this is not as advertised a secluded RV site out in the desert overlooking vast desert wilderness, this is nothing special, no bathrooms, no services and very expensive. I was excited and wanted to book 2 nights online, they had so many sites available my husband made me wait and thank God he did!
