We have lived here for a little over a year. The place was decent when we moved in. It has slowly but surely gone done hill. The manager is lazy and worthless. She sits on her duff and watches TV all day. She does not do any rounds to make sure people are following the rules. The washer and dryers are always broken. The 2nd set of restrooms has never been completed from a restoration. The lawns are never appropriately cut, never weed whacked around sites. Pool is disgusting. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The new owner is worthless, pocketing the money instead of investing in his own investment. There have been 0 improvements since our rate increase. People here just don't care about anything and it shows. It's basically a lawless RV Resort with no rules enforced. There is also no security patrol either. Gate was broke for about 2 weeks before we left.
