Don't waste your time here if you have kids. The "playground" is 2 big swings only. The laundry facilities have been closed since "covid". You have to pay for the disgusting "swimming" area, fishing, or boating on top of the camp fee. They want all kids locked down to their camp area no wondering. Not worth the money to come here

Good: So it is under new management so hopefully soon all issues can be addressed. Very nice family working hard to see their dreams come true. They have a splash pad and park. Clean showers/ restroom

Bad: tiny site, hookups on the wrong side for a back in (they do provide free of charge extensions)

Not a lot of shade but clearly they are trying.

Construction going on right outside of the park so not the easiest to get in right now.
