road in is a bit hazardous (denali highway like tire blowing/axel breaking pot holes) so beware; expect top speed to be about 15-20mph after the pavement ends (12 miles in?).

Campground is free to first come/first serve for a max of 7 days (10 spots?), campsites are decently sized with a picnic table and campfire "barrel" setup standard at most all the state campgrounds. Place is very clean as were the bathrooms (always a perk).
