This was an AMAZING campground! The staff was exceptional, especially Ranger Martin who led the glow worm hike. The trails were beautiful and the campground was kept clean! It was quiet and felt safe. We stayed in A19 right by the bath house.

The only complaints I had was the lack of directional signs to get from place to place because I’m bad at reading maps, and the shower was clogged so it was overflowing a lot but those aren’t huge issues!

We fell asleep to the sound of a whippoorwill and woke up to even more bird songs and a serene environment. We drove 4 hours to stay for two nights and I didn’t want to leave when the time came. I highly recommend staying here and I will absolutely be back!

P.s. make sure you check the size of your tent when reserving a site! Our tent area was a little too small but we made it work!
