What a welcome spot provided by the city. Everything a traveler needs at just the right time. Rode in from Bad Lands National Park and found this spot via iOverlander. Seemed fairly quite during my one night stay.

Stopped by the Police Station as instructed. Was informed that only hard side campers/RV's are permitted in the park No "pop up" campers/trailers or tents are allowed.

This is the Lovell Camping Park. Several places to park or tent camp. Hot showers and clean toilets. There is the occasional non-resident or homeless that show up to use the shower/toilet. Overall it's quiet, except for the occasional freight train that rolls thru at night. If you're passing thru Lovell and need a few days stop over before heading into the Big Horn or Yellowstone this is the place
