We just returned from a 40 person family reunion. We stayed at the Happy Goat Retreat, which was perfect for our large extended family. The housing was very nice and everyone felt comfortable and had plenty of room for privacy and for group gatherings. our family stayed in the Cadillac House, which sleeps 10 comfortably, although we did have two on air mattresses. Everyone else stayed in containers which had been modified into very nice hotel room style accommodations. There were plenty of outdoor spaces for our favorite games of disc golf and bocce ball, a small pool, which the kids used quite a bit, and fire pits, volleyball, etc. The kitchen and the big house was very well appointed and we were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner for everyone and served plenty of wine, drinks, etc. using what they had on site. We did bring some supplementary plates and silverware since we knew in advance they only had enough for two dozen people, which is plenty for most groups. We received excellent service, including minute to minute, contact with the host and were able to request a few special things, such as doing some laundry and printing a few sheets of paper in their office. Very gracious! And yes, there really are goats!
