Great trail! The back half of the trail is completely exposed and provides lots of great views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Hiked this back in August and hiked up the Summer Trail and came down the Winter Trail. The different scenery on the way down was probably not worth it considering the trail was as you’d expect it to be — extremely muddy in lots of places. Bathroom stalls at the end were much appreciated. Overall a great hike!
