Great park, but recently poor service.

Made online reservation then quickly had to request cancellation within the 48 hour cancellation window. My fault here.

Called prior to reservation to decide if I should go anyways just in case. Was told I would be allowed to cancel, then when cancellation didn't go through, they told me I couldn't cancel. I'm out the cost and a night of camping. They pointed out it's my fault.

Update: After sending emails to a couple locations, they reached out to me and kindly resolved the issue.
