Campsite: Lone Mesa Group Campground

Primitive campground on the outskirts of Moab. Not much in the way of shade, but a beautiful place to watch the sun rise or enjoy the sunset. A lot of folks will camp with RV’s while there, but we chose to tent it on a young men’s adventure. We were able to enjoy the beauty of Moab during the day, and head back to the seculsion of Lone Mesa at night.

Campsite: Joes Valley Campground

Great campground at Joe's Valley Reservoir. Not all of the camp spots have shade, but most are big enough for an RV or trailer. The Reservoir features great fishing, and in the summer is warm enough to swim, paddle board, etc. You also have easy access to Skyline drive for ATV's and other fun in the high country.
