Had a slip rental with this company for 3 years now, In November I called to cancel my memebership the person that took the call said ok we would use your depsoit as last month payment. Last night I opened my mail and saw there invoice still charges me for a total of 1,200, first thing this morning I called to see if they can fix this. Spoke to the manager Madison and she told me no i am still responable for the payment and I should of read my contract to cancel I have to write them an email. Sorry I didnt read the 10 page contract you provided and of course by calling your company and talking to someone I would of thought that would of been enough.
