Very friendly staff. Beautiful views of the mountains and south Holston lake. Rv sites right on the water.

Great area for fishing.

One downside, the dump station was under repair, so had to use the backup one and it was a little awkward trying to pull up to it.

One of two areas to camp in.

This is more open, as to lover's leap which has more enclosed campsites.

Both areas are very good.
