Campsite: Bay RV Park

We are snowbirding in the South and have stayed at alot of RV parks in our travels. We picked this location because it was midway between Houston and Galveston where we were visiting/sightseeing. The location was fairly good for that purpose, and we were looking to save some money, so we picked this lower priced RV Park....$200 for the week....what a bargain! First off, let me just admit, you get what you pay for. The people in the office were very nice and made great suggestions for our time in the area. The site was right by the road so it was a bit noisy at times. No picnic tables. Bathrooms were dirty. No toilet paper holders. I used the shower, reluctantly, and the water was warm, but It's been the only park shower where I've definitely felt I needed to wear my sandles while showering. My husband wasn't able to use the men's shower- of the 2 showers, one had the faucet handles broken and the other would not turn on more than a trickle. None of the bathrooms were ADA compliant and the office, laundry, and bathroom/showers were only accessible by steps.
