Not a bad place for free dispersed camping but can be crowded. There are 3 roads to turn off from the almost asphalt road. For me 2 of them were too difficult for my trailer and the one in the middle was flooded. With the flooded road everyone was crowded on the asphalt road. Not too much camping but it was doable. This was on a weekday.

Good hike. The Narrows is a short but steep hike. My out of shape body got out huffing and puffing. The overlook trail is an easy hike for most to be able to accomplish. I liked the views of the overlook more but they both are an adventure.
A great place to escape. The place has natural scenery that looks close to the eastern United States but with mountains on either side. Pit toilets all around. Potable water was shut off due to the high water runoff with the yearly precipitation this year causing the drains to be underwater. Trails are good for biking, hiking and horseback riding. Cell signals were ok with Verizon (was able to stream.) The place is located next to a lot of businesses but far enough away to escape. Weekends get busy but still worth it. Roads are all paved but are narrow for two lane traffic. Was able to get some solar with 400w portable solar panels but the canopy can make it difficult in most spots. I'd definitely go back again. Camped with a truck and 20' trailer.
