It was a nice little campground I. The middle of nowhere. But even though it was in the middle of nowhere I still couldn't unload my ATV I side the campground, but if I drove 50ft away, I could. Many larger campgrounds in Maine that have power and are in more tourist locations allow ATV's in the campground. I am assuming the problem with Cowan's cove is that it is state operated.
