Campsite: Hecla Junction Campground — Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area
On the upper Arkansas River. Good place to recover Kayaks launched upstream. Nice hiking trail South along the river. RV Campground is well planned and convenient. Electric but no water. No showers. Vault toilet.
