Very well maintained, clean park. Our spot was paved and quite level. The beach area was quiet and clean. The site had plenty of room for our truck and 30 foot trailer.
We have called here several times. Even though this is the first of the Thousand Trails locations, it has been kept pretty up to date. We have stayed on both the C loop and the H loop.
The C loop was:
* Nice, close to the upper lodge, upper pool, basketball court, and playground.
* The cell signal on Verizon and AT&T was there, mostly, at 1 or 2 bars.
* The shower was decent and clean.
* Toilets were short but worked as intended.
* Sites had power and water hookups.
* The tongue of almost all of the trailers were near as low as they would go.
* These sites could use more gravel at the tail-end of each one.
The H loop:
* Has better cell signal (2-3 bars with Verizon)
* Sites are much more level.
* One toilet in the female bathroom rocks, one toilet seat is loose, the other 2 toilets seem good.
* Shower was good and clean, the men's shower wasn't the best and not real clean.
* This loop is further away from everything except bathrooms
There is a dog park near the center of the C-H loops, the gate isn't completely secure but serves its purpose.
There are 2 dump stations.
No propane on site.
A, B, E, and part of F, the upper lodge, store, and the pools are closed for the winter.
Overall, this is a great park to stay at. A country feel that is close enough to town for supplies and entertainment.
Get a bit of the woods with an RV Resort. Sites could be better maintained. Many were missing picnic tables. We stayed in 213 and had to trim back brush, not enough space next to or behind the trailer to sit so we had to put our fire pit and chairs between the camper and the truck... it worked. There were many sites with more space, we just arrived late on a Friday and most were already occupied. Pool was clean and pretty quiet. Bathrooms on our end weren't open yet from renovations so we had porta-potties to use. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we will go back.
Update 8/15: traded another trip to come back to this campground. Found an amazing spot this time with more space and a picnic table. I've added a picture from each site for comparison.

Beautiful, well cared for park. Our spot (89) was level, paved, and degrees free. Our loop was away from the main park and Hwy 101, which helped keep the noise down. The loop had a building with 2 pit toilets and a short walk to the main restroom/shower building.
Check-in was easy, staff friendly. The park is split by a busy road, the quiet side was full hookups, the only available spots were partial hookups on the river side of the road, the spots were significantly noisier and could use some maintenance. There are no bathrooms in the river side sections, so you have to cross the road to use the restroom and shower. The bathrooms closest to the crossing are in need of upgrades. The mini golf course could also use some loving care.
Overall, the park served its purpose for the holiday weekend and our family visit; if we were closer to the area, we might even use it again, but not a top destination for us.
