Campsite: Tawas Point State Park
Always a favorite. We love that the cabins are open year round.
Park is well maintained and very scenic. Has a lighthouse, beach, playground, campground, and hiking trails.
Stayed in the Tawas Bay cabin. Has microwave, large fridge, pull out sofa, 2 bedrooms one with double bed, and one with a bunk. Bathrooms are a short walk. No running water but great views.
