Campsite: Sahara Creek DNR Horse Camp

Very well maintained camp ground with plenty of room to highline horses. Clean bathroom and water for the horses if you didn't bring any. It rained while I was there so didn't get a chance to really hit the trails but the ones I did go on were well marked and maintained. Lots of gunfire from the grave pit that is close by so make sure your horses are okay with that.

Campsite: Walupt Horse Campground

Great camp site with amazing trail access! DO NOT TAKE GOOGLE DIRECTIONS AND GO ROUTE 23!!! Its not trailer friendly. The bathroom across from the site we were in had a bad door lock and was locking people in and had to be taped over so the door could not latch, made things a little awkward and the camp manager did not have any tools so fixing it was out of the question. Other that that the sites were clean and hi lines poles in a nice spot. The water hand pump is a pain but you get your workout on!!

Campsite: Lebar Horse Camp

Great camp with easy to get into spot and nice trails. Make sure your horses are in shape if you want to go on the long trail. All of the sites have fire pits, tables, high lines, hitching posts, and flat spots to put up a tent if needed. Only down side is there is no water, so you need to pack in water.
