Family has been staying there for many years without an issue. Was there for 1 night 2 days ago. My 3 year old was sick and threw up, with a little on the sheet. Told girl as I was checking out. Today find a $50 linen fee on my card. Called and was told that there was throw up all over the bed and towels and counter and that was the charge. The provided photos showed only the splatters on sheet and a towel that I most definitely did not use. Was told I was a bad mother for allowing this to happen and not cleaning (aka washing the sheets) myself or notifying them. Their story keeps changing, well when I can talk to them and they're not yelling at me, insulting me, or hanging up on me. Will never be going back or recommending them, as we used to so highly do. Looks like this bad mom will find a place more respectful and who actually care about people rather than making a quick buck.
