9 a.m.beatings on door for rent a week early. Very unprofessional.
Edit: The we are under new management is a total bs line and its way abused. It's an easy way to say sorry we didn't take care of you...maybe next time there will be new management. Pfft. Cracks me up.
And that is the least of the problems that come with living here.
Now I am not one to bad mouth any business that has good customer service or even little customer service but this place is Bad News.
As stated above, I have had Mr. Whitehead beating on my RV door hard enough to knock things of shelves and wake the dead. I also have had an instance where when a old associate was stalking me and calling/texting threats so I blocked that number and low and behold the associate actually called Mr. Whitehead to see if he would get ahold of me. And of course Mr. Whitehead called me and yelled at me like I had done him wrong. To further my point, I dont believe my personal issues in life are his concern. I pay my rent. I keep my living area clean. And I have done tons of work to help this man. While living there, a person Ed hired mow the grass around the RV and actually run into a slide out. When I asked what happened strangely no one knew. I've had my water hose cut up, my sewage drain removed and replaced with a trash one he said was better and numerous others mishaps with no apology or reimbursement. If you value your money, property, or your self respect, do not come here. Only thing good here is Mr. Whitehead's very polite and respectful wife. Without her there would be NO tenants here. I've been here over a year now and seen approximately 10 trailers here in that time...and they leave quick. So heads up to you all....look at the photo of the lot. If you noticed its empty almost and looks more like a dump site than an RV park. I'd rather pay 25$ dollars more monthly then spend one more minute being spoken to like a child in timeout and paying for it too. Oh also there is no mail delivered to the RV park so if you live there you have to get a p.o. box. Better places in stillwater. Keep looking is my advice.
