Our now-7-year-old LOVES Cool Creek camp! She went for the first time at age 6 and literally begged to go back ALL. YEAR. We just moved into our new home and one of the first things she did was scope out an appropriate tree where we could hang an authentic “Cool Creek Wood Swing!” She picked out the wood and the rope and it all had to be the real deal to live up to Cool Creek! They do amazing creative activities, have super cool special guests (they just did hammered copper creations!) and she comes home so stimulated and excited about all the adventures! I so wish we could have her there every week in the summer, but alas, it’s tough with work schedules being what they are. But totally worth the logistical puzzle for her to go for a couple of weeks in the summer! I hope there are school break camps this year too!
