This park is fantastic and has enough activities for the entire family to keep them entertained for the full day. Picnic spaces, playgrounds, a swimming area, kayak rentals, fishing, and camping are available on the lake's shore. You can go back into the gorge across the street to see the magnificent Taughannock Falls. Before departing, I also recommend driving up to the magnificent viewpoint of the falls. It's an excellent location for photography.
