Submitted an inquiry about a stay for this weekend - which had a 25% non-refundable deposit (campsite was only $44 so i thought i would maybe lose $11 on the deposit.) When our plans changed 2 hours later, I reached out and they said that it was a 100% non-refundable deposit. When I tried to connect with the campground, they were not interested in following their policy and wanted to keep the full deposit. They were more interested in touting their own legal prowess than providing a partial refund to someone booking a family camping trip. The dispute is for $33 - so not a huge deal. But, if this is how they treat customers, I'd rather do business elsewhere and assume you would as well.
