We stopped here for one night on our way into Yellowstone and wished we could’ve stayed longer to spend more time in Cody and the state park. Showers were clean ($1 for 3 min) and pit toilets throughout the rest of camp. You do hear the highway noise but it didn’t bother us. We booked online and payed $38 but one employee told us they also have a first come first serve campground in the back (Stagecoach) that rarely fills up and there were also plenty of empty spots when we stayed here in mid September.
