Stayed with my family over the weekend. When we got to the cabin it didn’t look very clean with white pet hair left on bed spreads. My daughter had white hair on her pants and we were all very itchy too during our stay. But I’m not much of complainer so we just ignored it and made the best of it.
We cleaned up the cabin afterward and I felt we left it pretty nice. Afterward, I got multiple emails from the company accusing us of having a pet. Then they sent pictures of the white hair on the bedspreads. I called and told them we brought NO pet and the hair was there when we got there, but they continued to accuse us. Then they said we broke a picture frame too and sent us pictures of a few crumbs and a bottle cap on the floor saying we didn’t clean up. My husband and I both made walk through the cabin and noticed no broken picture frame on the floor before we left. I felt like we left it very clean. I wiped counters down, swept, and followed the departure rules.
I called to try and talk with them but they continued to accuse us. I’ve never been treated this way before. They would not listen to us. It was horrible. They charged us $123 extra for it. Never again. Don’t stay at RENTBRANSON!
