We did yurt camping for the first time here. We are experienced car campers, so we know enough about camping. The park is great! But the yurt we stayed in (#2) wasn't great. The other yurt, #1, is new, so definitely reserve that one. At least until they clean or replace #2.
It's described as having a keurig, so we packed accordingly. I think we should have been informed of that change. And while they provided us with coffee, we would have preferred our more flavorful brand.
There are a few other state parks we've stayed at that have yurts, we'll do one of those next time.
