T-mobile sent me to this store to pick up an order for an upgrade, my first order was lost by UPS. They asked me to speak to Roger. He started the process and while my phone was doing the transfer, he said I’ll be back in 10 mins. Never came back. I found out after 20 mins of just standing there he had left for the day. None of the other employees were very willing to help me. Very Poor customer service. I was just frustrated by the entire process. I was even charged more than my initial order. I will be calling T-mobile to ask why I had to pay 40.00 more. Wasn’t even given a clear explanation. I am considering another cell phone carrier at this point.
