Lodge clerk is very nice and professional with their customer service.
Don't get me wrong the rooms are amazing, completely cleaned when I left the room to go do my business.
Came back to a perfectly fine.
HOWEVER, the cocktail staff at the bar doesn't give you an ounce of attention, they completely kept avoiding me and my company. They however glanced at our way but didn't think to ask if we needed help or asked if we need a drink.
Finally we got ahold of the staff, one didn't know about the night menu the other didn't want to take our order until my company spoke up, and that cocktail server gave us an unprofessional attitude. Then we didn't get our meal correctly ordered. Along with we've been waiting for our order that was supposed to take at least 20 minutes that went to an hour and a half.
Wow... Utterly disappointed in your cocktail staff, train them better about customer service and cleanliness.
