The bar staff was horrible. Reading other reviews I can see the same answers. These people should not be in the service industry. The one gal was doing everything and the other 8 or 9 people just stood around. The guys who were to be serving the floor weren't serving drinks to players either. I know took forever to get a drink at a machine. Some Friday evening to relax. Horrible. And The restuarant was as bad. People stand around laughing and carrying on doing nothing screwing up food orders and not caring. Simple fish and chips and soup. Hello!!!! Soup first, then the dinner. I had to ask twice for the soup then wait as the served 2 tables that came after me there dinners. Some kind of service.
Nice and cozy rooms. Convenient elevators take you right to casino floor or to the parking lot. Very nice restaurants that create an elegant atmosphere. For business trips, the corporate rates are fairly priced
Concert awesome, food okay at best, remodel needs to get done. Service...hmm still thinking. No NA beer offered and regular beer was not cold.
Lodge clerk is very nice and professional with their customer service.
Don't get me wrong the rooms are amazing, completely cleaned when I left the room to go do my business.
Came back to a perfectly fine.
HOWEVER, the cocktail staff at the bar doesn't give you an ounce of attention, they completely kept avoiding me and my company. They however glanced at our way but didn't think to ask if we needed help or asked if we need a drink.
Finally we got ahold of the staff, one didn't know about the night menu the other didn't want to take our order until my company spoke up, and that cocktail server gave us an unprofessional attitude. Then we didn't get our meal correctly ordered. Along with we've been waiting for our order that was supposed to take at least 20 minutes that went to an hour and a half.
Wow... Utterly disappointed in your cocktail staff, train them better about customer service and cleanliness.
Why I recommend giving Prairie Knights a visit:
1) best gaming in the region!
2) Hunters Club steakhouse - best place to eat in North Dakota. It’s worth the trip.
3) The newly renovated bar is STUNNING!
4) incredible concert lineup this year!
5) fantastic comps and players club rewards!
