Great campground, the views of the mountains are wonderful. The lake is large without being too big and scary, and the water is refreshing and very clear. The facilities are well kept. Be ready to slog your supplies in, because it's quite a journey to get to a store.

The only drawbacks are the proximity of sites to one another (they're pretty tight though each one is a good size) and the 5 miles of pure washboard dirt road to get to the site. Neither of these will prevent me from going camping here again, though.

Favorite part: listening to the loons all night and watching a meteor shower from the waterfront.

Also-theres a beach and you can play here for a $10 day use fee.
