Aside from one or two very kind employees, the management is just horrific. It is literally on the main road, and the manager treats you less than human. There was an issue with our site payment, and instead of working things out in a humane way, the management immediately brought up legal and scare tactics, and all before Christmas. This has been an absolutely horrible experience. This is literally only my second bad review in five years. I would not recommend anyone trusting in this resort, it operates much more like a trailer park, you are a number, and they do not treat you with respect. It’s very unfortunate, because some of the people who live here as well as some employees are really amazing people, but the management team is beyond barbaric in the way that they operate.
