I accidentally found Whittington Beach Park as I was driving around the island. Overall the park was functional to enjoyable. My visit was on Super Bowl Sunday so that may have contributed to low park usage. Parking was located very conveniently. The 4 star rating was because I tried to use the outdoor sink and no water. There were three covered gathering areas covering about a picnic table. Those were all occupied. Incredible ocean views. Park is nestled between the green trees/grass-lava rock-deep blue ocean. Definitely a nice place to stop and have lunch.
