We love it here! Faye is wonderful, the long term residents are friendly and helpful with info. Beware though if you want to go out for a night with your spouse there are NO BARS/TAVERNS for almost an hour in any direction. There’s every store you could ever think of, 4 auto parts stores, Walmart Home Depot harbor freight but no bars lol. There are shower houses here, Nothing fancy and a lil chilly but gets the job done. Bring toliet paper with you to bathrooms, some times they’re out. Also washer and dryer on sight as well. Spots are a bit tight in the third row at the park but really I can’t complain. I love it here. If it were just a bit warmer we’d stay here all winter long. It’s a great place.
