The new owner, Sean is a very hard-working individual However, with that being said, there really is no more grass. There's plenty of dead grass but no green grass There's no longer anyone policing, especially after midnight. Too many people leaving There dogs off the leash. And there are way too many seasonal people there that think they own the property. We all have to remember being nice to your neighbor goes a lot further than being rude After all, you're just renting as well. I happened to have 2 ticks on me. One was a Lone Star tick which thank God I was able to get off with me. The other one my wife found the next day in my belly button Very discomforting as you can imagine. I've been tested waiting on results. With that being said, they are doing many improvements. And I still believe the best is yet to come. I would definitely come out and give it a try. It is still very kid friendly. They still have a fire truck, That the children definitely love and also the adults.
