I absolutely hate leaving 1 star reviews, but this is the first campground we have stayed at that lacks any kind of customer service. We got in late, at 8pm and had site number 199. We have a tow behind 25 ft camper and struggled for 40 minutes in the dark until we had to move sites. The site we moved to was 202. The whole site is on a huge slant and has huge tree roots that we trip on every time we walk out of our camper. We went down to the front office where the girl merely looked at us and told us much larger RVs fit through there just fine and it must be driver error. I also asked for a receipt since I never got one when we were charged a month ago, and she told us that the email was in wrong and she couldn't reprint out a copy and that since we were here it's no big deal. When your website advertising sites starting at $50 and then we get charged $75 a night, while other people in the same kind of sites got charged less, it makes you wonder what kind of business they are running. I wanted to like this place, since it is dog friendly with a dog park, has a pool and some nice activities. But this will be our first and last time here. Very disappointing
