I am really delayed in writing this review, as we stayed here in April, and thought my negative thoughts about this place would go away, but they didn’t. Positive thoughts, it was clean and staff was for the most part pleasant, a great place for small campers and people renting cabins. The negative part is if you have a big rig, avoid at all costs!!! We have a 41ft 5th wheel and have never had the most difficult time getting into a campground!! We were north bound and got off at the exit only to find a one way tunnel and not enough clearance to drive through! I called and the campground office said to go to the next exit, so we did, at least this one way tunnel had enough clearance. So heading southbound to the exit, only to find out once you exit the turn down the service road to the campground is too tight to turn right, so we went straight up the road a bit to a park and ride parking lot to make a u-turn, then back to the service road to make a left to the campground. It would have been nice in part of this reservation confirmation email some kind of warning for big rigs, but there was nothing at all! Once we checked in we were parked next to a motorhome, that had a dog run with tarps running the length of the rig, with numerous yapping dogs, I politely asked for a different site, in which they did, but the guy on the golf cart was not happy about that request. We were there for 4 nights without any issues, but we will never return again to this park.
