Under new management- Still some kinks to work out with the Rv sites but we were happy with a very pretty spot on the creek. They were not overcrowded. Everything seemed recently mowed and nice. Very close to the state park where all sites were booked up for the season. My daughter loves trout fishing and I hate bringing all the gear and cleaning fish so win win
