This is a good spot for Rocky Mountain National Park when you are coming from the West. But they have a smaller fraction of the hikes nearby compared to the rest of the park compared to the Eastern campgrounds. There's only one trash area in the corner of the camping, so it can be kind of a hike, but it's best to get it on the drive out for the day. There's no showers either, there aren't enough bear boxes for each campsite, and the sites are all dense, so you can hear nearby camp site conversations.
