Called to ask about snow tubing specifically and was told it was open, paid $54.99/ per person only to get there and stand in an hour and half long line to do snow tubing ONCE, the employee did not have the courtesy to mention that they are backed up when I expressed my concern if we will get to actually go on the ride. They were also still selling people tickets at the gate not mentioning the long line, worth mentioning that snow tubing is the main attraction in winter in this place, nothing else is worth the $54.99, rip off, avoid this place.
