Been at this trailhead three times. First two times were with horseback guides from Del Sol Wilderness Guides for weeklong excursions into the lakes basin area with friends and family (2013 & 2018). Last year ('21) I went up to hang out for the day, fishing the stream and relaxing. It has become way more popular every year, and I plan on making more trips once my son is old enough. Its one of the most gorgeous areas I've even been.
