Second time hiking up to the lakes. We hike up and almost out of the meadow. We then find a spot to camp. If you go to the lakes fires are not allowed so we choose to stay in the meadow. Our favorite lake is Douglas from two pan trail head you can head up the mountain camp. Then hike swim and fish almost all the lakes on a loop trail.
