I called the campground to let them know that I will be canceling my reservation for a tent site. After not receiving a response, I called just to make sure they received my email. The lady on the phone said very rudely.,” I don’t do refunds!” I said OK is this listed somewhere on your website? And she said no, it’s at the bottom of your confirmation. I clarified,” you mean I receive this information after I’ve already paid?” And she said yes. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. It’s a tent site. Not a vacation rental. Even vacation rentals have upfront cancellation/refund policies.
