Since this place got sold to a big corporation several years ago it's been downhill in my opinion. The mom and pop type business with great customer service always used to set the place apart. Impossible to even get anybody on the phones now... Just straight to voicemail 😕
Edit (In Response): Thank you for the response.. But that is incorrect about voicemail.. The call DOES get forwarded to voicemail and asks you to leave a message after 2 rings and no answer numerous times over the past 2 weeks trying to contact the location outside of Rising Sun, IN. Yes, it is true some improvements have been made but that is of no use if you can't get a hold of staff and prefer to over phone and not on the website.
