I love this place. Above all, the customer service I recfrom “Brenda was phenomenal…. My nephew love the activities held on the weekends not to mention he stayed at the fishing pond for hours at a time. He met plenty other kids to share his camping ⛺️ experience this year. For me it was the air conditioner in the cabin, and the Hay ride. I recommend these camping grounds any time of year if you like camping…
It's an amazing place to stay with the whole family! They have fun things for all ages. For Halloween time they have a haunted house and it's the most fun you'll have. The dance time is so much fun.
Since this place got sold to a big corporation several years ago it's been downhill in my opinion. The mom and pop type business with great customer service always used to set the place apart. Impossible to even get anybody on the phones now... Just straight to voicemail 😕
Edit (In Response): Thank you for the response.. But that is incorrect about voicemail.. The call DOES get forwarded to voicemail and asks you to leave a message after 2 rings and no answer numerous times over the past 2 weeks trying to contact the location outside of Rising Sun, IN. Yes, it is true some improvements have been made but that is of no use if you can't get a hold of staff and prefer to over phone and not on the website.
This is a really nice quiet place to stay . Lots of things for kids in summer also. Wayne was so very sweet and patient with the kids doing the pumpkin carving. He ended up doing my granddaughter’s pumpkin because she did want to touch the insides lol and her was pumpkin turned out awesome. Kudos to Wayne great job! The entire staff we came in contact with were very nice and helpful.
I'm a frequent camper at Beyonder. I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. The campground is very well maintained and staff is super friendly and helpful. The manager Gwen is extremely nice and pleasant to work with. She really tries to make everyone's stay there special.
