I recently missed my reservation do to weather but i thought i would still stop in just to get some fresh water on our way from MI to FL since i had already paid for the night before. It was around 2PM when we final arrived but was informed check out was at 11am and the only option for water was a 25 dollar Water and Dump charge, Water only was not even an option. The park was completely empty and was only looking for 20 gallons of water but the women working stated she was not authorized to make an exceptions to let me fill my water. No worries, I got water someplace else and they got a no sale and poor review. I hope this review helps the owners empower their employees to make zero cost decisions to spread good will and prevent upset campers. As you can see they were not super busy
