Views were amazing, volunteers were pleasant and easy to talk to. Campground is quiet after 10pm. Mostly families while we stayed.
They need to make sure campsites are clear of dog feces between campers. Our site smelled like a kennel. There is no actual beach but at the end of the camping loop there is a staircase that leads to a rocky, glass filled area that you can get to the lake. Be careful, something (unknown) bit the back of my leg in the water.
Camp hosts can share directions to a better swimming area.
We would be very likely to return.
